You may not adapt, reproduce, distribute, publish or amend any part of this website without permission from Sirocco Interactive. While all care has been taken to ensure that information, product inclusions and prices are accurate and correct at the time of publishing, Sirocco Interactive reserves the right to alter or retract any prices, products or information without prior notice.
Website Deals
All website deals are subject to change depending on the client brief, artwork supplied to us and the complexity of each individual job. Each Deal includes one set of basic changes prior to approval and is valid for 30 days from the date a written quotation is supplied to the client.
Copyright Information
Sirocco Interactive assumes no liability in the event that our clients are unable to obtain a Trademark or Copyright on any artwork for any reason. Our clients assume responsibility for obtaining a Trademark and/or Copyright of any artwork created by Sirocco Interactive.
Ownership
All designs, copy writing, fonts and images supplied by Sirocco and used in the production of the final product shall remain the property of Sirocco Interactive Pty Ltd. Sirocco Interactive retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed, regardless of ownership for display and self promotional purposes unless specified by the client.
Processing Your Online Order
We require a design brief and payment prior to commencing each job. You will be presented with design drafts and we encourage you to provide us with feedback. Design turnarounds are 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. Printing turnarounds are 5-10 working days. Contact us if you require urgent turnaround of any jobs.
Artwork Approval
When you approve the job, we email you the files for either print or web:
• files for print (eps or pdf)
• files for the web (jpeg or mov)
After project completion we can provide you with ongoing support and maintenance.
Quotes
All artwork estimates are subject to change depending on the client brief, artwork supplied to us and the complexity of each individual job. Each estimate includes one set of basic changes prior to approval. In the event of orders being cancelled or suspended by the client, we require written confirmation and payment in full for the portion of work completed and material used to date.
We accept payment by cash, cheque or fund transfers (EFT). All quotes are priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.
